No Return or Refund for Used Items

All items sold by SHOPSTORYMY are strictly not eligible for return or refund if the product has been used, worn, opened, or altered in any way.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, items such as fragrances, makeup, and personal products cannot be returned once they have been opened or used.

Eligibility for Return

Returns may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • The item received is incorrect, or

  • The item received is damaged during delivery

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel and provide clear evidence such as photos or videos of the issue.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

SHOPSTORYMY reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or opened

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items damaged due to customer handling or misuse

  • Sale or promotional items (if stated)

Refund Process

If a return request is approved, refunds will be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund process to be completed after approval.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving the wrong item).

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
